Sometimes we put too much weight on what others think. We don’t write, we don’t create, we don’t start (or change) the business because we fear the criticism of others.

But behind the curtain of the chorus of imaginary critics is the lone voice of one critic who matters more than all the others: our own voice. When we befriend this tyrant, we find the confidence to enter the conversation and speak up for ourselves.
